On Thursday, Sept. 11, HOK Sport was selected as the first choice of the interviewed firms to be the design architect for the renovation and expansion of Bramlage Coliseum and Bill Snyder Family Stadium (pending contract negotiations).

Interviews of the four nominated architecture firms for the renovation and improvements to Bramlage Coliseum and Bill Snyder Family Stadium have been scheduled for Thursday, September 11th.

On Wednesday, August 13, 2008, the State Building Advisory Commission nominated the following firms to submit proposals and interview for the improvements to Bramlage Coliseum and Bill Snyder Family Stadium:
Cannon Design – St. Louis, MO
Crawford Architects – Kansas City, MO
Ellerbe-Beckett – Kansas City, MO
HOK Sport – Kansas City, MO

Requests for bids from potential design architects have been sent out from the Kansas Secretary of State. The selection process should be completed and a design architect selected by mid-September

As you learn more about the Wildcat Victory campaign, please remember that we are very early in the process. We have not yet selected an architect or a contractor, which means the renderings you see are subject to change. While representative of what the final project will entail, we hope to get more finalized renderings and video walkthroughs once the project architect and contractor are named.
